ABC's
A is for Age:
29 and I'm really trying to hold on to that number right down to the last seconds because in 39 days I take the plunge to the big 3-0. And I'm having a hard time with that, not completely sure why, just feeling alittle anxiety........... what have I done so far, what haven't I done, career??, should I be a mom, would I be a good mom............ too many things going on upstairs.
B is for booze of choice:
I'd have to say a nice cold beer, Sleemans or Keiths would be my fav choice, and I also enjoy a nice glass of very good white wine every now & then.
C is for career:
That's a sore spot for me, I kick myself everyday for where I am in my "career". Let's just leave it at I don't have a career I have a job. Enough said.
D is for dog:
Only had dogs as a pet growing up- Shiloh, Banjo, Andy and Sammy. Me and Carson would love to have a dog of our own but will have to wait until we're not in a condo. Someday.........
E is for essential items I use/love everyday:
My Ipod, gets me through my commute, and my lip gloss can't leave home without it, and last but not least my hair elastic, which is AlWAYS on my wrist.
F is for favorite song(s) at the moment:
Hate me by Blue October & Wiseman by James Blunt
G is for favorite games:
Not much of a card person but do love board games, not picky when it comes to those.
H is for hometown:
Born & raised up North in the puddle. Was a great place to grow up, great memories and great friends. It will always be home.
I is for instruments:
Yes I'll admit it I should have listened to my Mom when she wanted me to play piano, as she would say my fingers are so long, perfect for the piano, but alas that just was not "cool". Should have listened to my mama.
J is for jam or jelly:
I'm a jelly kind of gal, any kind is great. Jam is too seedy for me
K is for kids:
None for us yet, we see them in our future but just not at that place yet. We do have a neice and nephew who are fantastic and 2 of the cutest kids on the planet.
L is for last kiss:
Was from my husband who I have not seen since Monday, his schedule can get crazy sometimes, but I do finally get to see him today and plan to plant a big one on him.
M is for most admired trait:
Myself that's a tough one because I'm pretty modest, I'd have to say I'm organized. I love everything neat & tidy, and if you ask Carson sometimes I go overboard, Which isn't so admired I guess.
N is for name of your crush:
Well that's a hard one (lol) but hands down would be Carson. From the moment he walked into the video store 10 years ago, I knew I had to meet that guy, his eyes drew my in, and here we are now.
O is for overnight hospital stays:
Knock on wood... clunk clunk...... that I have been fortunate enough to stay away from hospitals.
P is for Phobias:
The DARK!!!! Mostly just the dark when out in the woods, gets my heart pumping just thinking of it. The silly thing is I LOVE camping but I need lots of people there. One night this summer it was just Me & Carson and I thought I was going to die, but I got through it, was good therapy I guess.
Q is for quotes I like:
Some people can absorb these so easy, I hear lots, think , "oh that's great, great symbolism." But then 5 seconds later it's gone. Erased from my memory. Should start writing them down......
R is for biggest regret:
Not carrying on with a higher education, and my wedding day. Not regretting getting married at all, it was the preperation of the day.
S is for sweets of your choice :
MMMMMM sweets, I love cheesecake, chocolate, and basically if you let me loose inside a bakery I'd think I'd died and gone to heaven.
T is for time you wake up:
During the week 5:30am and weekends 8-9am.
U is for underwear:
I go for comfort over frills, the boxer boy short style are my fav now, very comfy.
V is for vegetables you love:
Definetly do not eat enough of them, but when I do which is mostly in stir frys is, baby corns, artichokes, zucchini, broccoli, cucumber, and carrots.
W is for worst habit:
I'm a thinker and tend to OVER think things sometimes, drives me nuts!!
X is for xrays you've had:
A chest xray a few years ago when I got pheumonia, my ankle when I was younger and sprained it, and then a upper torso when I worked at the chiropractic office, was just for fun to see what my spine looked like, happy to say it's not crooked.
Y is for yummy food you make:
Stir frys are at the top of my list of favorite meals to make, & love making appetizers.
Z is for zodiac sign:
The scales, Libra. I don't really follow everything there is to know about signs, but I am faithful and read mine and Carsons everyday, just to see what is has to say and see if there's any similarities.
